Sugarpop Says takes the protection of your information seriously. We use a combination of technical, organizational, and administrative measures to safeguard the data we handle. While no system is perfectly secure, our goal is to minimize risks and respond quickly if issues arise.

How we protect data

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS (TLS)
• Restricted access to data based on role and need
• Deletion of uploaded files within 24 hours after OCR processing
• Firewalls and monitoring tools to detect unusual activity
• Regular reviews of server and application configurations

Security is a shared responsibility. Protect your devices, use secure networks, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your information.

Incident response
