Sugarpop Says (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at sugarpopsays.com, the Sugarpop Says! mobile app, and any related features we operate.
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address when you contact us or submit information through the site.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use Sugarpop, such as device type, browser type, pages viewed, and general geographic region based on IP address. This information is used only for site security, performance monitoring, and aggregated analytics that help us understand how Sugarpop is used.
This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising tracking.
If you upload a file or image, we process it with optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text such as dates, prices, business names, or short descriptions. We do not publish your uploads. After a successful OCR pass we delete the original file within 24 hours. We keep only the extracted text and related metadata that we need to operate Sugarpop Says!
If processing fails, we use the file only to fix the issue, then delete it. We do not use your uploads for advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not use collected information for cross-app tracking or advertising profiling.
We use essential cookies for security, session continuity, and basic functionality. We also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Sugarpop Says!, measure performance, and improve features. Analytics data is collected in aggregate, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for cross-app tracking or advertising profiling. Where required by law, consent may be obtained through a banner or browser controls. You may also adjust your browser settings to limit cookies.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
